Welcome to Riverview Wraparound Care.

Our aim is to offer a secure, safe and fun setting that the children look forward to coming to.

We understand that organising childcare arrangements for children is vital for any working parent and we will do everything possible to give your child the very best care.

Breakfast Club

After the Easter break, starting on Monday 13th April 2026, our breakfast club will run Monday to Friday from 7.30am - 8.30am for all children in Diamond class (Reception) through to Gold class (Year 6).

Places are available to book now and must be booked in advance via the ParentMail app.

After School Club

Our club currently runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3.30pm - 5.30pm for Diamonds class (Reception) through to Gold class (Year 6).

Fees are: 

Full session 3.30pm - 5.30pm	£11.00
Siblings 3.30pm - 5.30pm	£10.00

Fees must be paid in advance every half term via the Parent Mail App.  Please speak to the office if you have any questions.

If you are planning on using the clubs on an ad-hoc basis, you must have 5 sessions worth of fees on your account.

Breakfast Club is run from the School Hall and After School Club is in Pearls' classroom (at the front of the school with the multi-coloured fence).

Breakfast Club starts at 7.30am and the children are taken to class at 8.30am.

After School Club starts at 3.30pm and finishes at 5.30pm – if you are late to collect your child, you will be charged a late fee.

No child will be discriminated against; children with disabilities are welcomed, as we have very experienced staff and appropriate facilities.

Staff must familiarise themselves with any relevant personal information about any child with regard to medical conditions, home situations etc. and will keep all information confidential.

Families will be charged for any booked sessions that are missed, although we do understand that illnesses and emergencies do happen.  Fees will only be refunded if the cancellation is made the day before the session.  Please let us know at your earliest convenience either via the School Office or send an e-mail to asc@riverview.surrey.sch.uk.

Ratio is 1:12 and the sessions will be overseen by a member of SLT.

Children will still be able to join extracurricular clubs if they wish and then go to After School Club when that club has finished.  Please note full payment for both clubs will still need to be paid.

Extra Curricular Clubs

Monday

• Yoga Club runs for 10 weeks starting on Monday 20th April until Monday 6th July 3.30pm-4.30pm (payment direct - run by Yogamoo)

Tuesday

• Board Games Club runs for 10 weeks starting on Tuesday 13th January until Tuesday 24th March 3.30pm-4.15pm (£2.00 per week)

Wednesday

• Music Rock Band Club runs for 10 weeks starting on Wednesday 14th January until Wednesday 25th March 3.30pm-4.15pm (£2.00 per week)
• Dance Club runs for 7 weeks starting on Wednesday 14th January until Wednesday 18th March 3.30pm-4.30pm (£5.00 per week)

Thursday 

• Football Years R-6 runs for 11 weeks starting Thursday 23rd April until Thursday 9th July 3.30pm-4.30pm (payment direct - run by BeSports)
